Pigsafe Terms of Service

Welcome to Pigsafe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pigsafe mobile application ("App") and any related services, including the Pigsafe Community forum, provided by Prerevise ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service Pigsafe is a smart pig farming management tool that allows users to:

  • Track breeding, weight, and feeding schedules.

  • Maintain vaccination and health records.

  • Access a community forum to share farming knowledge.

  • Store and organize digital farm records.

2. No Veterinary Medical Advice (Disclaimer)

  • Informational Purpose Only: The information, vaccination schedules, and health tracking features within Pigsafe are for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Not a Substitute for a Vet: Pigsafe does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian regarding the health of your livestock.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the health and welfare of your animals. We are not liable for any livestock loss, illness, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided in the App.

3. Use of the Pigsafe Community By participating in the Pigsafe Community, you agree:

  • Respectful Conduct: You will not post content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, or harmful to other users.

  • Accuracy of Advice: Advice shared by users in the community is their own. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated farming tips.

  • License to Content: By posting in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App.

4. Data Accuracy & Record Keeping

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (breeding dates, weights, feed costs).

  • Pigsafe is a tool to assist management; we do not guarantee increased productivity or profit. Your business success depends on your own farming practices and external market factors.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The App’s design, code, branding, and original content are the exclusive property of Prerevise.

  • You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your farming business. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Service: The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pigsafe/Prerevise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of livestock, loss of data, or loss of business profits.

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • Your farm records belong to you. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • While we strive to protect your data, you are encouraged to maintain independent backups of your farm records.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App (including the Community) if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tripura/India.
